Medi – Weight Loss Review

hi my name is Randy I am 27 years old and I am doing this for other people like myself who are looking for reviews on YouTube or Medi weight loss and can’t find any everything I found online was the pre-recorded commercial type videos for many weight loss as able to find one lady and that was going through the journeys in 2016 I posted her videos weekly and checked in and told us about her progress and I really enjoyed the videos just as an honest opinion and that’s what I’m here to do is to give an honest China today is January 27th 2017 I would yesterday on the 26th for my first appointment and had my lap thrown did an EKG but my vitamins which I’ll talk to you about in a minute and got weighed and not my meal plan and what I need to do for the first week and so with that being said they were out of one of my vitamins so I can it show you on them they were unlock work but I did get a fat burner I got an inner balance which is your fiber I got a calcium and I got a lot of super which is a multivitamin and then I did decide to go with B prescriptions appetite suppressant and I was told that and she has seen a 45 percent more success rate for those who have done me attend suppressant bill something that I definitely want wanted to do a little bit more about myself I’m a mom Jill I have an eight-year-old and a two-year-old and so like most people who are searching these videos and want to lose weight I am 47 years old and I weigh 195 pounds I have the mommy pooch and I’m just not happy with myself when I look in the mirror and so a little bit more about the program I was put on a 600 to 800 protein calorie diet and 100 of ounces of water a day and it is about 1:30 in the afternoon when I’m recording this video and I’ve had about 64 ounces of water so far and I plan to finish up the water bottle that I have and fill it back up I am using a larger bottle I went and purchased and it has 40 ounces in it so I figured the seconds of shrink Tuesdays and days this short was and that’ll be good but my ultimate goal is to get to that 100 ounces of water a day and ask for the fittest part of it and I will also have any fruits and vegetable our churches whatever you want to call them not anything but protein and so if you have your breakfast snack lunch snack dinner I decided to do a snack first because I’ve never been a breakfast person and I get up in go first thing in the morning and I don’t have time to cook breakfast so I have actually started with my snack and set up my breakfast and I purchased the protein color from them just to get started I did like that they did not push that on me and it was an option if I wanted to try it but I did not have to purchase it and in the future if it if I find a protein powder that I would like to use instead of theirs it is an option all I have to do is take picture of the back label and they will kind of go over it with me and see if it’s something to proof I guess for the program so I started off my day today with day one start taking vitamins the test process and started with my cooking and as for the proteins I like that you’re not counting grams when you are counting full calories is it something that is prepackaged like a veggie burger or the Jimmy D and turkey sausages or the turkey bacon you have that nutrition value and you go based on what that is and so I guess that I had to shake for breakfast for my an hour today for my snack and then for breakfast I had two eggs and they say that that is fine but instead of using both yolks I only use one and two egg whites on in one slice of turkey bacon and a different net around 11 o’clock I got a little bit hungry but nothing to like oh my god I need foods now and I stretched my water and attended a doing okay and I came from and I cleaned a little bit and then I’ve said in that okay twenty at lunch I just had a Krakow veggie chicken burger and that is all I had and I’m gonna to miss out on me I’m not hungry anymore I’m happy sit on something to eat to the spread and the rest of the test will be the rest of the afternoon and into the evening typically I would not eat a whole lot during the day and I have one real meal which would be dinner and then by nine o’clock I am stirring and so with all that make sense and sorry that this video is not that great first time ever posting anything I’m going to stand up Lacey what my body looks like and and I will check in weekly and update you and have this rigid social how the mommy search going on and I don’t like it and I want to get rid of stuff see you guys next week
